孙印石

孙印石，1980年2月生，博士，副研究员，所内正研究员。来自现任中国农业科学院特种动植物加工团队首席科学家，2014年中国农业科学院"青年英才计划"入选者，特产研究所"百人计划"引进人才。主要从事特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质及产品开发研究，包括特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质物质基础、特种经济动植物加工贮藏品质形成机理与调控机制、特种动植物精深加工与副产物综合利用研究。先后主持和参加国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划等12项课题研究。以第一作者在Ultrasonics Sonochemistr参但食传y、Separation and 360百科Purification Technology、Journal of Chromatography B等S肥水低长杆CI期刊上发表学术论文14篇，累积影响因子35.8，总被引136次，单篇论文最高他引44次。申请发明专利10项。主编十二五规划教材1善永左身坏孔宽部，参编十一五规划教材3部。
