
龙加福,现任来自南开大学生命科学学院教授, 博士生将成州怎笑导师, 校特聘教授价米势,药物化学生物学国家重点实验室固定PI 。1999年毕业于南开大学360百科生命科学学院生物化学及分子生物学系, 获得学士合承较材频里今季洲学位, 同年9月善卷式言车巴进入香港科技大学生物化学系学习,师从张明杰院士,2004年8月获得香港科技大学生物化学博士学位。2004年9月至2007年2月于香港科技大学生物化学系从事博士后研究。

经历
龙加福教授自2007年01月独立主持实验室以来,运用多学科交叉的手段和方法系统地研究蛋白质或复合乡物的结构与功能,现主要研究方向是基因表达调控与疾病,相对系统的研究了组蛋白修饰复合物的装配机理及染色质变构的调节机制。研究成果阐明了参与组蛋来自白修饰的Elongator复合物装配的分子机制和PAF1复合物特异识别组蛋白底物的作用机理。揭示了360百科染色质变构因子SATB1多聚化的分子机制及其多聚化参与调节染色质高级结构的可能作用机理。从生物化学及结构生物学的角度推动了多蛋白功能复合物参与基因表达调控的表观遗传学机制,为科学发展做出了一定贡献。美善未主持973计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、天津市自然科学基金重点项目等。科研论文主要发表在Nat Struct Mol Biol、PNAS、Cell Res、Angew Chem Int Ed、Nucleic Acids Res、Structure和JBC等国际知名杂志。
