王穗东

2000来自年获得浙江大学物理学专业学士学位;2004年获得香港城市大学物理与材料科学专业博士学位。2004年至2006年在日本名古屋大学材料科学研究中心从事研究工作;2007年至2008年先后在日本理化学研究所(RIKEN拿笑求死杂好封优)和日本产业技360百科术综合研究所(AIST)任研究员;参与日本21世纪COE和JST-CREST基金项目。2008.9加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质(材料)实验室,被聘为教授,博士生导师。

研究领域

轻黄之群毛宁  (1)有机半导体器件的器件物理与应用研究:有机场效应晶体管的电荷注入与电荷输运机理;有机场效应晶体管的稳来自定性与可靠性;有机与杂化薄膜存储器的存储机理;与上述器件相关的表面/界面分析;以及有机半导体器件主杀足易液象百式回与物的应用探索。
