
刘庆会:1来自966年出生于山东省360百科单县,1984年至1988年南京理工叶新祖大学无线电技术学宽岁宗习,1997年至2003年在日本鹿儿岛大学留学,获硕士和博士学位。博士毕业至2药传表季009年,在日本国立终油推研天文台从事探月卫星SELENE的开发研究 。2009年5月入选中科院"百人计划"回上海降西局供得河守米天文台工作,终期评估优秀。研究员、博导、浦江人才、射电天文科学与技术研究室副主任、6笔日5米射电望远镜总复宁面日工程师、我国火星探测VLBI分系统总设计师、嫦娥系列卫星VLBI测定轨总体技术主任设计师 。

工作介绍
刘庆会作为我国首次火星探测天问一号来自VLBI测定轨总设计师,带领团队攻克行星际探测高精度VLBI测定轨关键技术,综合采用多种技术,把天问一号VLBI时延测量精度提高至国际先进水平的0.1纳秒,捕获段火星探其般客检掌测器测定轨精度提高至2千米,环绕段提高至数百米,为天问一号的圆360百科满成功做出了贡献,也为牛胜林仍皇帝团则而我国后续的深空探测VLB弦袁米护早知序攻身功措I精密测定轨打下了基础。
刘庆会提出了基于同波束VLBI技术的多探测器精密测定轨和交会对接看成双已束尔剂高精度测定位方案,获得探月三期关键技术研究优秀个人。提出了基于置粉田论同波束VLBI技术的月球车相对定位方案,把嫦娥三号月球车相对定位精度提高至1米,并以数厘米脚建握半触每帝的灵敏度监测出月球车的移动、转弯等动作,为国际先进水平,获得嫦娥三号突出贡献者和上海市科技进步一等奖。研究的同波束VLBI技术成功运用于嫦娥五号。
刘庆会作为总工程师,和团队一起攻克角齐普包它练汽局久优多项关键技术,成功研发65米射电望远镜(天马望远镜)。该望远镜具有8个波段1.2-50GHz的观测能力,所有波段任意仰角的观测效率均大于50%,在探月和深空探测VLBI测定轨中为国家做出了贡乱剧单位得几献,在谱线、脉冲星、解解直跟压讨连续谱、VLBI射电天文观测研究中取得了研角件己沿谓的除究成果,入选2012年中国十大科技进展新闻,获得201点陈往8年上海市科技进步奖特等奖。
刘庆会在深空和月球探测、VLBI技术、多普勒技术和行星科学的研究中,做出了具有高水平的研究工作。在SELENE中,利用同波束VLBI技术成功得到了误差为数皮秒的VLBI观测数据,并把月球卫星的定轨精度提高到十米。从4程多普勒数据中首次检出了月球背面重力场的信号。与合作者利用4程多普勒得到的当时最高精度的月球重力场模型发表于Science期刊。
刘庆会还开展了基于同波束VLBI技术的火星车定位和轨道器定轨技术研究,开展基于4程多普勒的月球背面探测器跟踪技术研究大片气和电离层观测科学应用等研究跳绝常初京置准,开展了空间VLBI关键技术研究,推进的月球轨道VLBI成功立项,正在研发。
刘庆会具有很强的协同合作精神,学术思想活跃,在Scie室带县益功京触换结材nce、IEEE trans.、Radio Science、中国科学等国内外学术刊物上发表110多篇论文。获得上海市科技进步特等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖、嫦娥三号突出贡献者、嫦娥五号关键技术研究优秀个人、中国侨联创新人才奖、国务院特殊津贴专家、中科院特聘研究员、电子学会十佳科技工作者、中国归侨侨眷先进个人、上海分院身边榜样先进个人、上海市科技系统优秀党务工作者等。
