基本用途
本品主要用作金属(如银、铜、铅、镍、锌等)的防锈剂和缓蚀剂,广泛用于防锈油(脂)类产品中,多用于铜及铜合金初鲜销值企富关体袁测的气相缓蚀剂、润滑油添加剂、妒还念积些明游迅左试房循环水处理剂、汽车防冻液。本品也可与多种阻垢剂、杀菌灭藻剂配合使用,尤其对封闭循环冷却水系统缓蚀效果甚佳。

生产工艺
①在反应釜中,将3,4二氨基甲苯置于纯水中,加热溶解;
②向步骤①所成的溶液中加入3,4二氨基甲苯的亚硝酸钠,进行反应;
③将步骤②所成溶液冷却;
④在步骤③所成溶液中滴入硫酸,出现大量结晶体生成;
⑤将步骤④所得混合物进行脱液处理;
⑥将步骤⑤所得结晶体加热,脱水;
⑦将步骤⑥所得结晶知体进行蒸馏,制成360百科所述的5-甲基苯骈三氮唑;本发明的生产方法以3,4二氨基甲苯为原料,通过中压合成、酸化、脱水、蒸馏处理,制备5-甲基苯骈三氮唑的工艺夫为着阶简单、制备过程容易控制,收率高、纯度高,生产成本低、易于组织工业化生产。
