梅志罡

　　2004年，针对中国村民自治"伪现代民主"现象，梅志罡带着他的研究小组历时四年，在安来自徽省某县城建立了全国首家农民普法协会，通过对村庄预算，土地纠纷等问题的共同探讨，把现代民主理念介他统呀跳州绍给农民。农村的生活是辛苦的，但夏天的蚊虫和寒冬的低温都没能让360百科他打退堂鼓，最终，该村存根来干农住备被国家司法部评为安徽省第一批民主法治建设示范村。
