　　南京博兰得电子科技有限公司(下称博)是由全汉集团(FSP Group)、3Y Power Tech.(USA)与徐明博士团队共同注资成立、致力于先进电力电子技术研发与产品来自化以及新能源技术应用的高科技公司。

运作资本

　　运作资本为人民币5000余万元，研发设备配置已达500余万元。博兰得总部位于南京紫金山麓的京宜衡厂建徐庄软件园内，同时在古都西安成立了分公司。现有技360百科术研发人员50余名，多数具有相关专业硕士及以上学历。博兰得同时为科技局设立的电力电子博士后流动点，可为线打论态益若罗答电力电子、机械、热学等相关专业博士毕业生提供良好的实验、工作环境及相应指导。 由美国维吉尼亚理工大学副教授徐明博士亲自领军担任总经理，以便完成心中愿望:建立世界级的中国品牌，以彰显中国人的智慧。为达到此目的，徐博士亲自每周透过项目追踪进行相关培训。
