研究兴趣
研究兴趣集中在食品污染物的分子识别及其应用,旨在利用食品科学、免疫学、结构生物学、分析化学等多种手段,研究食品污染物的生物分析方法、分子识别机制、手性毒理、检测试剂盒研制等,为保障食品安全提供科技支撑。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、行业公益(农业)项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目、国家"十一五"科技支撑计划子项目、广东省科技计划项目等多项,主要参加973项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家"863" 等项目二十多项。主编国家规划教材1部,参编教材5部。公开发表学术论文八十多篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI/EI收录论文二十多篇;授权专利二十多项。2009年获广东省科学技术一等奖(第2)、中华农业科技二等奖(第2)、2010年获国家科技进步二等奖(第2)、2014年获国家教学成果二等奖(第3)各1项。
