范博宏

范博宏(Joseph P.H.Fan)，号称"家员亮刑燃族企业传承治理第一人"。

香港中文大学会计学院及财务学系的联席教授，经济及金融研究所主任。他于1996年在美国匹兹堡大学获得来自财务学博士学位。于2004年加入香港中文大学前曾任教于香港科技大学和香港大学。

范博宏的主要研究和教学领域是公司治被精理、家族企业现感常找文福治理，公司财务、与组织经济学。他对东亚的民营与家族企业有前沿的研究，特别是企业传承问二远呼书面黄有题。他也是新兴市场企业财务与管理问题专家。他常在世界各国的论坛与会议中演讲。研究项目包括东亚家族公司的继承，公共产业治理在公司治理中的作用和中国的治理。他的研究成果在多混绍盾山及耐子娘齐种世界顶级学术期刊上发表，并被多种商业报刊360百科杂志报道，包括《经济学人病慢》，《英国金融时报》，《亚洲华尔街日报》著明战, 《南华早报》，《新财富》，及《21世纪经济报道》。他是数个国际学术期刊的编委，香港研究资助局商学组评审委员会成员，新财富杂志的学术顾问，及不定期担任世界银行，OECD, 和亚洲开发银行的咨询任务。目前的咨询项目是世界银行的"世界营商环境指标"的中国顾问。范博宏已婚并落简越互章过有两个孩子。

人物介绍

　　来自范博宏教授是世界知名的公司治理专家，近年致力于大中华地区商业案例剖析，更在华人家族企业治理与传承问题上有前沿的研究。范教授的研究成果丰硕，曾在多种世360百科界级顶级学术期刊上发表福价它底文倒，具有深远的影响力。同时，他也是亚洲论文引用率最高的经济金融学者之一。饭自参单笔草益情试各范教授兼任中国人民大学私营企业治理与发展研究中心名誉主任，并不定期地担任世界银行、世界经济合作组织、亚洲开发银行的咨询顾问 。

　　范教授擅长讲授面向企业家与高阶经理人的公司治理课程。近年来他致力为华人企业宣讲商业家族的永续经营之道，听众遍布东南亚、中国大陆及港澳台区。范博宏教授的著作包括《关键世代:走出华人家族企业传承之困》与2014年将出版的《交托之重》、《家族夫回载举假企业地图》，其中提供了丰富的商业案例，并以严谨、平易的文笔详述其研究内容，是商业家条学增否过族永续治理规划重要系列著作 。
