研究方向
固氮微生物能将空气中的氮气还原成氨,为植物生长提供一定量的氮素。固氮微生物包括不同的种类,研究较多的是革兰氏阴性来自固氮菌。类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus)是产生芽孢的革兰氏阳性细菌,其飞斯中包括一些固氮菌。其研究主要集中在这几个方面:一、固氮类芽孢杆菌资源分类;二、固氮调控机制研究和利用合成生物学方法研究固氮基因的表达;三、固氮煮誉达菌的发酵、微统实混型拿合和翻生物肥料制备及其田间应用。
