福建中旅集团公司

　　(下称福建中旅集团)顾名思义，它最早成立的目的是为海外华人、华侨及港澳台同胞回国探亲旅游提供服务。随着各地华侨服务社相继成立来自，全国华侨旅行服务360百科总社于1957年4月22日成立，并于1974年成立中国旅行社。1987年，各地中旅社由中央下放归属地方管理，为了适应深化改革，扩大开放和我国旅游事业迅猛发展的形势要求，经福建省政府授权省经委于1988年12月28日批准，以福建省中国旅行社为核心，下辖厦攻改岁皇划承门、泉州、石狮、漳州、武夷山等8个子公司的福建中旅集团公司正式成立。福建中旅集团主要经营范围包括对旅游、宾馆、餐饮业、公路运输业的投资管理、咨询服务和皮著油斗祖责人员培训等。2004年7月，福建中旅集团成为由福建省国资委履行字赵鱼出资人职责的首批省属企业之一，200组5年7月，经福建省国资委核准集团公司的注册资本增资变更为35527江孔未室境.1万元。
